✓ This fee is collected with your reservation and is remitted to Stillwater Estates as part of the required guest registration process. The host does not keep any portion of this fee.

✓ The registration fee includes access to the community amenities during your stay.

✓ Guests who wish to use the seasonal community pool are required by Stillwater Estates to purchase a $5 pool wristband per guest. This fee is also paid to the community and is not a host fee.

✓ Guest names and vehicle information must be submitted at least 72 hours before check-in so your registration and amenity passes can be prepared.

This is a great property!!! Fully updated inside, a deck, seats down by the creek, and plenty to do for kids. Wish we had more time to have been able to sit outside by the creek.

Excellent place to stay for a night, a weekend, or a long week's vacation. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. The house was very clean and smelled wonderful as soon as you walk in the door. Spacious enough to accommodate a family of four with comfortable beds and plenty to do inside and outside as well. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Highly recommend.

The house is set up to make it a fun experience for a family. The outdoor games and arcade games are fun for every age group. We loved the lighting and art work and the house had a fun , welcoming vibe. My family had so much fun! Troy always responded quickly and he was very helpful when I had questions before my arrival. I highly recommend staying there.

Really cool spot with tons of value for the price--the PS5 was a fun surprise. Had an issue with my account on Vrbo's end, and while the company support was less than useless, Troy was super helpful and made sure the stay still went through without a hitch. Absolutely enjoyed our overnight stay! The place is as described. Extremely plain and creative touches with lots of fun mixed in. Would be a great place for kids of all ages. Everything was great. I have stayed at many short term rentals that had a few things like cooking spray, aluminum foil, etc. This house did not, so don't assume anything is there when you shop for groceries. No fault of the owner, just prepare yourself at the store. I would definitely stay again, or try their other home across the street.
