From the moment you step inside, the scale of the space opens up around you - tall wood-accented ceilings, expansive glass, and warm gathering areas designed for unhurried time together. After a day exploring Sunriver in the colder months, you return to deep seating, a glowing gas fireplace, and rooms that invite everyone to spread out and settle in.
The space
This 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home spans approximately 6,000 square feet and accommodates up to 18 guests. The layout is designed for groups who want both shared moments and personal space, with three distinct living areas and generous common rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Great Room look out toward the Woodlands Golf Course, bringing the winter landscape indoors while you relax around the fireplace, bar area, and recreation space.
Living & entertainment
The Great Room combines the main living area, dining space, and recreation zone into one sweeping setting. Multiple Smart TVs, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, a PGA golf arcade game, and card tables create easy options for evenings spent inside. A second and third living area provide additional places to unwind, watch a movie, or enjoy games without crowding.
Kitchen & dining
At the center of the home is a well-equipped kitchen with two islands, stainless steel appliances, and ample prep space for group meals. The adjacent dining area seats 14+ comfortably, making it well suited for long winter dinners, shared breakfasts, or meetings during a corporate retreat. A full bar area adds another gathering point for relaxed evenings indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully distributed across the home. There are six Master Bedroom Suites, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The seventh bedroom is a bunk room with three twin bunk beds (six twin beds total), making it ideal for younger guests or group sleeping. Quality linens and comfortable furnishings are used throughout.

A large deck overlooks the golf course and includes a hot tub available year-round - especially inviting on crisp winter nights. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating are available, though most guests gravitate indoors during colder months.

The home includes bikes for use on Sunriver’s paved paths when conditions allow, a large garage, and parking for up to seven vehicles including the garage. Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in, using smart-locks.
• Early check-ins : If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Our check-out time is 10:30am (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)

Yellow Pine is a quiet neighborhood street, between Circle 4 & 5.
Getting Around:
We suggest having a car to navigate Sunriver, although Uber and Lyft are available.
Other Things to Note:
Master's Lodge Reservation Policy: Please send an inquiry should you have questions regarding any specific date ranges.
• Summer/Peak: 7 night minimum stay for Summer PEAK Season (Mid-June to Labor Day, Sunday Check-in -Sunday Check-Out week only)
• Christmas/New Years/Peak: 5 night minimum stay for Christmas (Departure by December 26 or 27, staff to confirm availability) to New Years (Set Weeks: December 26 - January 2 or December 27 - January 3, staff to confirm availability)
Booking Schedules: During some seasons, if your reservation dates leave open nights that we cannot rent , or less than the required minimum of the date range for the rental season, a team member will review the reservation and call you to address the issue before confirmation (not to finalized stays). We will offer to change your dates or move you to an alternate property, if available. If you are unable to accept the change we will assist you with cancelling the reservation and getting a full refund, or will offer to change your dates . Holidays: Day of holiday arrivals/departures must be approved due to staff availability and office closure on the following holidays. Please send an inquiry prior to booking or alternate date options will be sent.
Master's Lodge Cancellation Policy: COVH has a 60 day cancellation deadline on all Off-Peak & Ski-Season reservations and a 90 day cancellation deadline on all Peak Season reservations [Peak: Holiday/Summer Seasons (time periods defined below)]. All cancellations must be submitted in writing*. All changes to reservations must also be completed in writing* to COVH before 60 days prior to arrival for Off-Peak/Ski Seasons and before 90 days prior to arrival for Peak Seasons. Guests who cancel on or after the cancellation deadline date are responsible for the full payment of the reservation. *Via email message or standard mail; text messages do not apply.
Off-Peak/Ski
• Over 60 days prior to arrival, full refund of all monies paid less 15% cancellation fee of total reservation
• On or after 60 days prior to arrival, reservation will be non-refundable
Peak: Holiday [Seasons Include [the week or weekend of]: New Years, MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor,
Thanksgiving, Christmas]
Peak: Summer [Approximately Early June through Labor Day]
• Over 90 days prior to arrival, full refund of all monies paid less 10% cancellation fee of total reservation
• On or after 90 days prior to arrival, reservation will be non-refundable
On or after 60 days prior to arrival for Off-Peak/Ski, and on or after 90 days prior to arrival Holiday/Peak/Summer reservations, COVH is not able to give refunds (or date change requests) for reservation cancellations, early departures, or shortened stays, for any reasons including: weather related issues, acts of God (i.e. snow, wind, rain, power outages),
transportation/airline cancellations, medical emergencies, illness (including any COVID-19 related circumstances), death, or any other causes beyond their control. Should a Deschutes County ordinance be in effect during the dates of guest reservation prohibiting the guest to use the property or a mandatory evacuation is issued during Guest's reserved dates. Guest will have the option of a COVH Re-Booking Voucher for total reservation to be redeemed within the same calendar year, or a refund of 90% of total reservation.
COVH strongly recommends that guests consider the purchase of the travel insurance/protection.
