1030 was a very pleasant experience for my family. Nice living area for waiting out the rain. Nice front porch to sit and relax. Short walk to the beach. Everything I was looking for and more. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay as we always do. This beach house is in the perfect location! It is literally steps away from the ocean. We have a four month old pup that is potty and crate trained. With this, not being a high-rise, we were able to step down three steps and headed towards the beach. Around us are high rises, and every time someone was lugging groceries or luggage up and down the stairs without how lucky we are to have found this place. The owner is extremely nice. She came by to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is gorgeous and clean with all the amenities we needed. We look forward to booking here again in the near future.
