We chose this neighborhood for its perfect mix of peace, privacy and authentic mountain living . Feel alive among towering evergreens and wildlife, while still being just minutes from town. It’s ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and paddleboarding—or relaxing with great dining, local galleries, and live music nearby. 40 mins from skiing at Echo and 1hr to Loveland.
