A modern holiday home newly built in 2020, located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This spacious, country-style semi-detached home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people across approximately 110 m².
On the ground floor, Wattn Huus 1a features a spacious living/dining area with direct access to the covered terrace. A high-quality open-concept kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy your meals.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), a smart TV, and plenty of storage space. Another bedroom has two single beds (100x200). All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. Additionally, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor with a toilet and a walk-in rain shower.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, and a microwave.

The municipality of Butjadingen charges a visitor’s tax per night:
High season: Ages 3–12 = €2.10; ages 13 and up = €3.50
Low season: Ages 3–12 = €1.00; ages 13 and up = €1.60

Bed linens and towels can be booked as optional extras.
Bedding: €12 per person/stay; towels: €5 per person/stay

The holiday home is particularly suitable for family holidays (party holidays, bachelor/hen nights, etc., are not permitted). A cot, a high chair, a small play area, a handcart, a stair gate, and bed rails are provided.
The house features a covered patio with a grill and two lounge chairs. The beautifully landscaped garden includes a double swing and a sandpit for the children.
The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Outside, there is a carport with a storage room.
If the semi-detached house is already booked, or if additional space is needed, the identical semi-detached house (Wattn Huus 1) is available.

Burhave is located on the Butjadingen Peninsula between Jadebusen and the Weser estuary in the Wadden Sea National Park. The beach features an artificially created lagoon fed by seawater, which allows for swimming at any time, regardless of the tides. Your holiday destination combines the appeal of a peaceful beach holiday with hiking and biking, along with the opportunity to explore the many recreational activities in the surrounding cities of Bremerhaven, Bremen, and Oldenburg in case of bad weather. Local amenities, such as bakeries, supermarkets, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and restaurants, are located right in town.
