The Washington is located on the second level of the building. While there is a common door to get into the building, all the units are private and have their own entrance once you get inside.

FAQ
Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the unit, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our unit is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- This is a building that has four units that are rented as short-term rentals. While there is a common door to get into the building, all the units are private and have their own entrance once you get inside.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against our policy.
