Located just minutes from downtown Windsor, you’ll be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences, along with easy access to nearby lakes, trails, and neighborhood parks. It’s a central, easy-to-navigate location for sports weekends, family visits, or a simple getaway.
This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed w/ Ensuite Bath (upper level) | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (lower level) | Bedroom 3: Queen-over-Queen Bunk Bed (lower level) | Plus Sleeper Sofa (living area) | Sleeps 10
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced backyard with complimentary cruiser bikes, plus Chimney Park across the street with walking paths, a playground, open green space, and a seasonal public pool!
INDOOR LIVING: 55" Smart TV, dining table with seating for 8, board games, full-length mirrors, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on the main level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

PARKING: One dedicated spot in the driveway, one street spot out front, and additional street parking down the road.
