This beautiful holiday home, one of a kind, will leave nothing to be desired during your holiday. This property captivates with its stunning location on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Its rare west-facing orientation towards the coast allows you to experience the ever-changing, breathtaking play of colours as the sun sets over the sea right from the dining and living areas. The house is located on a traffic-calmed private road and spans two floors. It offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing with the whole family and unwinding.

The large terrace faces south and is furnished with comfortable, modern seating. Here, everyone will find a cosy spot to suit their needs or simply relax amidst this magnificent natural setting.

You enter the lovingly furnished architect-designed home, which retains its original character and style, through a large entryway.
From there, a staircase leads you to the spacious, light-filled living and dining area (30 square metres) on the ground floor. The large dining table and two two-seater sofas are perfect for lingering—from here, enjoy the unique panoramic view across the Baltic Sea towards Heiligenhafen and the Fehmarn Sound, all the way to the island of Fehmarn. The large glass front can be fully shaded from intense sunlight using high-quality Luxaflex pleated blinds. For your entertainment, one of the two TVs is available here as needed. The rechargeable Bluetooth speaker is portable and can also be used outdoors, ensuring you’ll never get bored.
On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—each equipped with a single box-spring bed (90×200), which ensures a high level of sleeping comfort and thus contributes to a restful stay. The newly redesigned shower room with a toilet has been furnished in a functional and modern style. An infrared mirror has been installed as a heat source.
The fully equipped kitchen, which adjoins the dining and living areas, features a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, and a Senseo pod coffee machine. The kitchen’s comprehensive amenities allow you to fully cater to your own needs.

A large bioethanol fireplace, situated between the dining and living areas, ensures a cosy and convivial atmosphere even on cooler days.

Another highlight awaits you on the lower floor: Here you’ll find the large bedroom with direct access to the terrace and the spacious garden. It is furnished with a queen-size box spring bed (160×200), which also offers a high level of modern comfort. There is another television (satellite antenna) in this area.

A second small bedroom offers additional sleeping space in the form of a large, fold-out sofa bed for 1–2 people.

The entire house is equipped with internet access and Wi-Fi (16 Mbit/s), as well as several USB charging outlets and a portable rechargeable Bluetooth speaker for versatile use. You also have the option to use a Wi-Fi multifunction printer on the network for printing and scanning.

Two free parking spaces are available right at the house!

The location of this property is particularly noteworthy, as it borders directly on the 167-hectare “North Coast of Großenbrode” landscape conservation area. This stretch of coastline is still largely characterised by typical natural coastal dynamics. The sandbars, which frequently emerge from the water, invite dogs and children to run around and dig. The Weststrand is a natural beach. Here you can enjoy wonderful days at the beach together with your dog.

The West Beach is also a great spot for water sports enthusiasts and is particularly popular with our kiteboarders.

Is your dog simply part of the family—even on holiday? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November–March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometer-long stretches of coastline, in the open fields, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.
