The holiday apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building on the northern outskirts of Mösern on Albrecht-Dürer Weg in a fantastic panoramic location, with a clear view of the Tyrolean mountain landscape. Both the living room and the bedroom face south and offer a great view of the beautiful nature of Mösern through the large window fronts, which were renovated in 2021 and equipped with electric external blinds. Both rooms lead to the 15 m² covered terrace.
The living room and bedroom can be separated from each other by a sliding door. Garden furniture is available. 2 loungers, 6 garden chairs and a table. The apartment is barrier-free and accessible via a lift.

Holiday paradise Seefeld Plateau: The Seefeld Plateau, which also includes Mösern, is undoubtedly one of the most attractive areas in Austria. The area is particularly characterized by its diverse options both in summer and winter, equally for those seeking peace and quiet and nature or sports enthusiasts. Mösern can be easily reached from Munich in around 1.5 hours via the A 95 (Garmisch-Mittenwald). The train connections from Munich to Seefeld (only 4.5 km away) are also excellent.
Winter: skiing in the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte ski areas, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoe hikes, swimming. In summer you can: mountain hiking (Karwendel, Wetterstein), climbing, mountain biking, swimming (Möserer See, Seefeld swimming pool), golf (Seefeld), tennis, football.

What Mösern offers: In Mösern you will find many excellent restaurants and pizzerias in the immediate vicinity, which you can easily reach on foot. There is a small grocery store in the village, which also offers fresh bread from local bakeries every day.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Gefallen hat uns, dass sie z.b. Gesellschaftsspiele hatte. Die Schlafcouch ist allerdings nicht für zwei Erwachsene geeignet, für zwei Kinder passt sie aber.

Mooi appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben er gezeten met de kerstdagen. Er stond zelfs nog een klein kerstboompje en wat veredere versiering. Leuk dat daar aan is gedacht. Keuken is heel compleet. Heerlijke douche. Contact met de eigenaar is heel gemakkelijk. Vanuit het appartement loop je in 40 min naar Seefeld met de auto is het 5 minuutjes.Al met al een aanrader.

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos und die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben und war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Den Ausblick, den man aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer auf die Berge hat, vermissen wir jetzt schon. Alles nötige an Geschirr sowie Gewürze, Tee, Spülmittel und Müllbeutel waren ebenfalls vorhanden genauso wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Auch wenn sich die Ferienwohnung in einem kleineren Örtchen befindet, hat man die Möglichkeit schöne Ausflüge zu machen. Ansonsten ist man auch von anderen Orten nicht weit entfernt.

Kleines, aber feines und sauberes Apartment in toller Lage. In ein paar Minuten ist man fussläufig am schönen Möserer See und mit dem Auto in Leutasch oder Seefeld.Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt hatten wir mit 2 Kindern alles, was wir brauchen. Der Eigentümer hat uns gastfreundlich empfangen und kam uns zeitlich bei der Anreise sehr entgegen.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Hausmeisterehepaar ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Punkt Abzug nur wegen dem nicht beantworten meiner Anfragen per Mail, auch wenn dann alles positiv war. Bis auf einen Tag vor der Abfahrt war ich etwas unsicher, ob auch alles klappt.

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, nett eingerichtenen, hellen und modernen Wohnung. Alles war sauber und frisch und alle technischen Geräte haben gut funktioniert, die Spieleauswahl hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der "Aufstieg" zur Wohnung war etwas umständlich, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen, die sympathische Dame stand uns auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer mit Rat zur Verfügung, zum Beispiel mit Wettertipps :-).

komplett ausgestattete FeWo in guter Lage in Mösern

Endlich mal eine sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo, in der es an nichts fehlte und mit einem höflichen, kompetenten Verwalter (Fam. Staudacher)! Einige kleine Mängel gab es aber trotzdem: so sind die Sonnenschutz - Jalousien in die "Jahre gekommen" und durften nur mit Hypersensibilität hoch und runter bewegt werden (dringend ausbesserungsbedürftig bzw blickdichte Vorhänge zur Verdunkelung zusätzlich anbringen!).... Im Wohnkomplex herrschten starke elektr. Spannungsschwankungen, so dass man selten störungsfrei abends TV sehen konnte! (aber man soll ja auch gerade im Urlaub wenig Fernsehen, oder!!!)

Toller Winterurlaub ohne echten Schnee

Bedingt durch die geniale Lage der Wohnung lassen sich so ziemlich alle Wünsche an einen Winterurlaub realisieren. Auch ohne Schnee sind genügend Möglichkeiten vorhanden und durch die Beschneiung ist Skifahren bis zu einem gewissen Level gut möglich. Super war der riesige Balkon in Südlage, auf dem wir sogar bei sehr kalten Temperaturen draußen sitzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr vollständig eingerichtet, ein wenig unglücklich geschnitten (keine Fenster in Küche und Bad), die Lage im Haus nicht optimal (hinten oben im 3. Stock rein und dann in den 1. Stock; auch ist ein kleiner Wartungsstau vorhanden. Die Rolläden sind schwergängig und verschlissen; Scharniere quietschen und an einigen Möbeln waren Schrauben locker. Als schlecht zu bewerten ist die extrem schwierig einzustellende Temperatur der Dusche. Die dafür vorgesehene Wanne mit Vorhang ist schon nicht sehr schön, wenn man aber zwischen 10 und 70 Grad hin- und herspringen muss, ist das schon eine Herausforderung. Mit viel Geduld und einer Portion Unerschrockenheit hat es dann doch immer geklappt. Wer gern badet, für den sollte das kein wirkliches Problem sein. Leider ist in der Wohnung kein WLAN verfügbar. Insgesamt sehen wir die Wohnung auf 4-Sterne-Niveau. Einen Stern Abzug wg. der Dusche, bleiben 3.

Small but scenic and held all basic necessities

I spent 5 days at this apartment. The area is indeed beautiful. The apartment is like a luxury dorm room (at least U.S. colleges in the '80s). It was clean and ready for my arrival. The kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area are all small; the entertainment/dining room was plenty comfortable (as is the bed). I enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony most mornings. The hot water in the bathroom is very temperamental; it's either hot or cold but I did manage a couple properly-adjusted showers. I never did achieve hot water in the kitchen. Everything else worked fine. The biggest challenge some may encounter is the long flight of steps from the parking lot up to the entrance. Communication with the owner was challenging as I do not speak German and his English is basic, but he made every effort to be helpful. The on-site property supervisor, Sabine, is a gem. She was extremely helpful and friendly.
