Living room with fireplace, dining table, open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven), and access to the terrace. There is also a shower room/toilet on the ground floor. In the living area, the couch can be used as a sleeping area for 1 person.

• Upstairs:
2 bedrooms: Bedroom No. 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m with separate mattresses, adjustable slatted frames); Bedroom No. 2 with two single beds (which can also be pushed together); bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
