Enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay again with this host at any of their properties! VERY communicative & even gave suggestions of things to do in the area. Very clean and no issues at all. Everything was as stated, and even offered to loan us some of their personal belongings.

My wife and I grew up in the hospitality industry. In fact the is where I met. We worked for the Hilton hotels.

After saving up everything we had we bought our first investment home to rent out for short term rentals. Now we have 3 and we are continuing to grow. Our online status is growing and our reviews are amazing.

We look forward to continuing to grow our operation and to get to know the community. We love what we do and we have no plans on quitting. We found our passion and that is being a host.

Why they chose this property

This is the neighborhood where we live and we have found that it is a safe clean very friendly neighborhood. It’s close to everything in Central Florida close to all the major highways and very close to the beach. We’re only minutes away from the Daytona 500 NASCAR race racetrack and the most amazing shopping of Tanger outlets.

My properties all have a particular theme in this property in particular was chosen to have its name as the house of tranquility by use of AI because it has a very tranquil, friendly, quiet and peaceful interior layout
