Situated on the WESTSIDE of KEUKA LAKE between Branchport & Hammondsport, this contemporary custom lakeside home is right on the water’s edge and boasts breathtaking views of the lake & bluff from every room any season, enhanced by a deck on the west side of the house, a lakeside Patio, and a HUGE, 1200 sqft dock, (great for sunning, fishing OR mooring your boat!). Virtually everything in this comfortable home is new. Enjoy a beautiful 100+ feet of shale gradual entry beach all situated in a great protected cove, it is perfect for kids and adults alike.

We have taken great care to make this lovely lake home into a modern delight and we think you will agree that this is one of the finest rentals on all of Keuka.

The bedroom on the lake level of the house includes a Queen size bed, with a bathroom next door, equipped with a washer and dryer and shower. The large, multi-bed 2nd floor bedroom includes custom-made QUEEN SIZE bunk beds, plus an additional QUEEN SIZE bed. Sleeping accommodations for 8 people, total! The second floor is rounded out with another bathroom & shower, as well as a built-in wooden desk & chair, all overlooking the lake & bluff!
The “Cooks” kitchen is complete with beautiful Cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and will allow you to cook up the “catch” of the day or just allow for some great appetizers to be prepared. Enjoy your meal on the deck, the patio, or lounging on the HUGE DOCK, which will definitely allow you to unwind and forget about your worries. If you don’t feel like being in the kitchen take a short two minute walk to Lakeside Restaurant and allow them to do the cooking for you.

This home includes wood & tile flooring and hand-crafted wood trim on the windows and doorways, and is rounded out nicely with CENTRAL AIR conditioning. The family room allows you to relax while looking out over the beautiful scenes of Keuka.

Perhaps you would enjoy games along the shore, and at night you can relax and tell some stories while gazing at the stars. Go fishing from the huge dock or take the kayak out for a peaceful ride, there is no bad way to enjoy Keuka!

Enjoy the moonlight dancing across the water and perks of lakeside OR venture out to renowned Finger Lakes winery trails, many new microbreweries, distilleries, quaint villages, restaurants, (by car or boat), marinas, tourist attractions & conveniences.

Wine making and aviation has shaped the region and endless vistas unfold from the vine clad hills. Over a dozen award winning wineries and micro- breweries offer samplings of their handcrafted wines and champagnes, & beers. Venture out on your own, following the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, or book a wine tour and leave the driving to a pro so you can enjoy the sampling and the views.

From casual to gourmet, hotdogs to upscale cuisine, dining by land or water, you will not have to travel far to find a memorable meal. As a matter of fact, you are within a two minute walk to the Lakeside Restaurant and a fully stocked marina.

Quaint shops in the Village of Hammondsport offer souvenirs, gifts, and fine arts. Take the road less traveled and go shopping for that perfect antique.

There is always something happening at Keuka Lake. Scheduled events range from arts and crafts shows, wine and food extravaganzas to live music and aviation shows.
