Holiday Rental No. 02 at Villa Anni features modern, high-quality furnishings. From the living area—which features a sofa set, TV, and stereo system—as well as the dining area and open, fully equipped kitchen, you can step out onto the spacious terrace.
The holiday rental features two separate bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, rounds out the apartment’s amenities.
The underground car park includes one parking space for a car and one space for your bicycles (parked at your own risk).

Villa Anni, with its modern, Mediterranean Bauhaus style, is located on a quiet side street near the centre of the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. Each of the eight comfortable holiday apartments has its own parking space in the underground garage (clearance height 2 m), and the entire building is equipped with free Wi-Fi.
The town centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren is within easy walking distance (approx. 100 m), where you’ll find two supermarkets, various restaurants and cafés, as well as numerous small shops and boutiques. Here, you can stroll, wander, and shop to your heart’s content.
You can also easily reach the resort’s two beautiful beaches on foot. Göhren’s North Beach, with its beach chairs, the Bernstein Promenade, the spa gardens, and the pier are just under 800 metres away and can also be reached via the inclined lift. The unspoiled Südstrand beach in the Baltic Sea resort is just under 600 metres away and offers a relaxing swimming experience.
You can also walk to the bike rental shops in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. Here you’ll find a wide selection of rental bikes (including e-bikes) that you can use to explore the island.
