This marvelous well-appointed property is across the street from the South Carlsbad State Beach and yet as peaceful as a home in the country. Get up and surf in the morning, lounge on the sand in the afternoon, walk the beach in the evening, or just sit on the porch and read--it's up to you! There's a 2-car garage, and an extra long driveway, so parking is not a problem. This single detached home sits in a gate-guarded community with a playground as well as bocce, volleyball, basketball, and 2 pickle ball courts. Open the windows to get an ocean breeze, or turn on the A/C--again, it's up to you. If ever there was a perfect combination of beach living and the "comforts of back home," this is it!

This home was really nice and very well appointed. The rooms and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was completely functional, and the back patio was a mainstay for hanging out. They even had all the beach gear and amenities to enjoy the water and sand. The best thing was the proximity to the beach! Just a short walk away and it was so conveyance walkable to so many things, including the train station! We’re definitely planning on renting here again, it was so nice!
