The best beach condo!

This has been the best beach trip for us- my kids LOVED the slides at the pool, the lazy river and of course the trolley to the beach. The room was wonderful- great view, super spacious & definitely worth coming back to!

D714 is a fabulous place!!!

We had such a great stay!! Our hosts were amazing and provided everything we needed. The view was spectacular! The pools and lazy river were refreshing. There were so many amenities and things to do! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

Excellent stay that was incredibly clean and will return as soon as possible!

We weree pleased with the condo with the cleanliness and amenities that were offered. So close to the beach and numerous eating establishments close by. Also on site amenities were on point as well. We will be returning as soon as possible!

Off Season Stay

We just got gone with our week stay at the end of October JUST as the off season was starting. If was still a fantastic time. The Caribe offers so much for families to do on site - the beach and the bay are just a short walk away and the COBALT restaurant is next door so you never have to drive anywhere if you want to be lazy :) We will most definitely be back! Thank you to the hosts!!

WONDERFUL VACATION!

Family vacation with k it ss and adults. Everything in condo was clean and well equipped for our 5 night stay! The resort has so much to do which is a super nice bonus to a beach vacation. Beach was beautiful and fun and the bay on the other side was every bit as good!

Amazing & Perfect

Absolutely wonderful! The condo is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The resort is gorgeous. The kids loved the pools, lazy river, and the slides. Beautiful condo at a wonderful property

The condo is fully updated and is excellent! The primary bedroom, den and kitchen areas are all huge. The primary bathroom and walk in closet area is also massive. The condo is on the 7th floor and has a great view of the pools, lazy river and the Gulf. The condo owners are super kind and very accessible. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

A beautiful, relaxing stay with amazing views and a smooth experience from start to finish.

I had an amazing stay at Caribe D-714 from March 6–8, 2026! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The views were incredible and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Communication was great, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

“From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the absolutely beautiful ocean view, it truly never got old. The condo itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Every detail was just right, and you could tell great care goes into maintaining this space. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We made such wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to coming back again!”

Extraordinary

I/we had a wonderful stay! The view was exceptional and the condo was more than could be expected! Full kitchen was great!! Nothing missing!! The bathrooms were roomy with showers and a jacuzzi tub in master for total relaxation. There were 2 balcony entrances which were great for morning coffee and reading. The furnishings were comfortable and large enough to accommodate the group! The Caribe has all you need for a fun vacation. I can't say enough about the hosts! They are wonderful people!

Awesome home!

The property was huge, very roomy, extremely clean & felt like home.The views were absolutely awesome of the beach, the pools & lazy river. There were sooo many amenities! We didnt have to go out & buy a lot of essentials until the end. The 2 massage chairs were a big bonus! The kids had plenty enough space to play inside the property & outside on the balcony. It was amazing how many towels there were! We loved that we didn't have 2 go buy any! The 3 bathrooms in each room was famtastic!! We absolutely loved the sectional & huge dining table. The huge TV was superb!! The host was super awesome, very quick to respond & very helpful! A pure delight to work with from the beginning to the end!! Everything was absolutely wonderful!! The best place ever to stay!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Felt like home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Caribe Resort! The condo itself was incredibly well equipped—honestly one of the best we’ve stayed in. They had plenty of extra blankets (which is rare!) plus cozy throw blankets for the sofa, which made it feel more like home than a rental. The living room was beautiful—the sofa was gorgeous and also had a pullout bed, which was perfect for extra sleeping space without feeling cramped. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. A huge plus was how easy the rental process was. Himanshu Aggarwal and Anshu Aggarwal were great to work with—communication was simple and they were very responsive via text, which made everything seamless. The views from the balcony were amazing, and the resort amenities (especially the pools and lazy river) were a huge hit with the kids. The beach shuttle made everything super easy, which we really appreciated. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Amazing family vacation!!

We had a wonder Vacation! The resort is great with lots of amenities to enjoy! The lazy river was so relaxing! I loved that there was 2 separate areas for the pools with the slides and then the pools without! Also it’s basically like 3 pools in one! It was perfect! We took the trolley to the beach and back which was great because we didn’t have to pay for parking!! The unit itself has everything you need for a wonderful stay!! The rooms were large and the balcony was perfect! We loved having the wet bar area with the ice maker!! We would definitely book this unit again!!

Marvelous !!!!

Our stay at Caribe Condo D714 was outstanding. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an oversized balcony offering breathtaking water views and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms made our stay especially convenient. Resort amenities were excellent, including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a fitness center, and easy beach access. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching boats pass through Perdido Pass. The location is ideal—close to restaurants and attractions while remaining peaceful and relaxing. The property was well maintained, and the entire experience felt luxurious. Caribe D714 is a fantastic choice for a family getaway. We made wonderful memories and look forward to returning. Everything was perfect!

The condo and resort were really above all my expectations. Everything was well kept and ready for us to arrive. Very clean, very easy to get to and enjoyed by everyone in our group. We visited the indoor, outdoor pool,lazy river and used the boat slip in the marina. We didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant on the grounds but it seems to have a great menu.
