You get exactly what you see. The property was clean, we liked having a covered carport, balcony and bedroom window could see the ocean. Condo is old and needs new updates: upstairs shower is faulty and needs a new faucet. Pipes are old, so don’t shower and have someone use the toilet at the same time. Crossing the street to head to the beach could be dodgy; not a convenient crosswalk from condo to beach. The amenities are bare- so make sure to bring Beach chairs Beach towels Paper products- toilet paperHair dryer This is the first property I was on and there was not a hairdryer. Not a big deal, just assumed there would be a small one available. It’s definitely a beach rental. No one personally owns the condo, so no personal touches.
