Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier. Wir lieben die ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Weitblick. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr großzügig. Was uns nicht gefallen hat sind teilweise beginnender Instandhaltungsrückstau sowie einige Setzungsrisse, insbesondere auf dem Balkon und im Badezimmer muss nachgebessert werden . Die Terrassenmöbel rosten und sind teilweise defekt. Der Fussboden a d Terrasse ist beschädigt und stark verschmutzt (bloss nicht barfuß laufen!). Im Badezimmer Grünspan an der Duschdichtung am Boden. Insgesamt war die Wohnung bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt besser gereinigt. Ein benutztes Putztuch lag noch auf dem Schlafzimmerbett. Die Batterie in der Wanduhr war leer. Sehr schön ist der Schlüsselkasten, welcher eine hohe Flexibilität gibt bei An- und Abreise bietet.
