Our exclusive, stylish, and fully furnished holiday apartment is located in a house newly built in 2020, in an absolutely quiet residential area in Bad Wiessee. The property is situated at the foot of the Fockenstein and the Aueralm. The centre of Bad Wiessee and Lake Tegernsee—with its much-praised lakeside promenade and numerous beach areas—are just a few minutes’ walk away.

With a living area of about 55 m² and a private south-west-facing garden, the holiday rental offers more than enough space for two people. Enjoy your time together on the apartment’s sunny terrace, complete with a grill and comfortable lounge furniture. In our 2-person outdoor barrel sauna, you can unwind after a long day in nature.
We’ve lovingly renovated this paradise using natural, high-quality materials and furnished it to a high standard. Throughout the process, we’ve always made sure to pay close attention to quality and comfort, even in the smallest details.
