This thoughtfully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath home combines the comfort and privacy of an entire home with a backyard designed for relaxing—complete with a private hot tub, outdoor TV, propane fire pit, BBQ grill, and fully fenced yard.

Inside, unwind in comfortable living spaces with adjustable massaging beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and a spa-like primary suite featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. With an in-home washer and dryer, on-site parking, and a convenient central Sarasota location, the home is equally comfortable for a beach getaway or an extended stay.

Spend the day exploring Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, local restaurants and parks, then come home for a soak in the hot tub or an evening around the fire.

Absolutely a fantastic spot to stay in Sarasota! This place was so well-equipped, with a nice decor throughout. It was perfectly decorated with a subtle beach vibe, leaving plenty of space for us to feel at home with our own things as well. No detail was left unmet ... Beach equipment including the wagon was so helpful! Comfortable, adjustable beds w super comfy linens for bed and bath we're super! Working remotely, we appreciated the private workspace w plenty of outlets at the desk. So many extras in this home that we've not ever seen at many rentals. The location was new for us. We've stayed "downtown" in the past. This is a good walk to the marina, and the Southside area also has a lot to offer... coffee, shops, restaurants that were equally nice! We also took advantage of the nearby Arlington pool, as well as the hot tub in the backyard. We loved it! And we can't say enough about how super responsive Dakota was as a host! He communicated so quickly... Always within minutes and so helpful! Such a pleasure!! Thanks for the perfect long term stay!!

We chose this neighborhood because it offers a great balance of convenience and a quiet residential setting. Clematis Cove is close to downtown Sarasota, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, local parks, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials, while still feeling tucked away from the busier tourist areas.

We also love how easy it is to reach Siesta Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and many of Sarasota’s other attractions without having to stay directly in the middle of the crowds. It’s a comfortable home base for exploring the area while still having a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.
