Living space

The main living area pulls everyone together without forcing it. An indoor fireplace anchors the room - a welcome feature even in Florida's cooler months - and ceiling fans keep the air circulating through the open layout. There's room for all eight guests here without anyone feeling stacked on top of each other, whether the evening calls for a movie, a card game, or just catching up over drinks. A TV and board games are on hand for downtime.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms give the group room to breathe. Each is kept uncluttered, with bed linens, towels, and essentials provided. The home accommodates up to eight guests across four beds, and the layout is arranged to give everyone access to shared spaces without the usual traffic jams.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the basics, while a coffee maker, blender, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils round out the setup. The dining table seats the group together, and the flow between kitchen and dining area keeps shared meals relaxed. For outdoor cooking, the BBQ grill is ready when you are.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve a group of eight without the usual morning pinch. The primary bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, double vanities, and storage space. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.

Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and exterior security cameras at the front and rear of the property. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage.

 

Location

The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, 15 minutes from JAX Airport and Jacksonville Zoo and 20 minutes from downtown Jacksonville - well-placed for airport arrivals, day trips, and everything in between. Self check-in via smart lock means you set the arrival time, not the other way around. Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a fee applies. Long-term stays are accommodated.

Popular destinations like the Jacksonville Zoo, shopping, dining, golf, and everyday essentials are all a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for guests who prefer not to drive.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
