We would like to welcome you to our exclusive private property. This newly constructed condo is elegantly designed in a modern and tranquil setting. You will enjoy the spacious living area that is tastefully finished and features many amenities. You will be located close to the club house which feature an infinity pool overlooking our private beach.

Double Booked - Stuck with no place to stay - No Help

We arrived for our Jamaica stay to find out at the gate we were double booked and had no place to stay. The host did not care at all. Blamed VRBO because he or she did not update their own calendar so we were stuck in Jamacia with no place to stay and no answers. Just a horrible experience with this host and BRBO all togethr. Don’t use this host or VRBO. Book elsewhere and actually enjoy vacation.

Condo was horrible

Bath sink leaked all over floor. Tub leaked all over floor No hot water for 10 days Sheets were dirty at arrival Hair piled in shower drain No TV for days I have pictures of dirty yellow stained smelly sheets, hair in drain, water on the floor. The location was the Best Would go back to Little Bay Country Club but never stay at this condo again. Manager and owner ignore our complaints for days. We are from the United States The owners from what I was told, are Jamaican, live in Canada, and from talking with other condo owners on the property, what they told us, locals rent or stay there and expectations are not as high. Cheap rent. Our stay was for 16 days.

Excellent location, beach and pool are great.

Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It had all bedding and towels needed, and beach towels. The washing machine didn't work but I figured out that the water was shut off to it and I pulled it out and got it turned on and then it worked fine. There's a water issue but it's no fault of the owner. Sometimes there's water pressure and sometimes there's none, it just dribbles out slowly. It's just a Jamaican municipal water supply thing. Several people staying in the other units agreed. It's just an inconvenience if you come in covered in sweat and sunblock, ready for a shower, and if it's like that at that time, you're not getting one. The good out weighs the bad and we had a great vacation. If you've ever been to Jamaica, you should understand, there's always little inconveniences, but it's a beautiful place and worth it. I highly recommend renting a car, there's nothing walking distance down the road. You can walk down a path to the near-by public beach. There's a gateway that gets closed in the afternoon at 6pm (or earlier randomly) so don't get back late.

Great property!

What a great relaxing stay we had at lil bay country club, Owner Kevin B. was easy to communicate with, and will do his best to accommodate with dates if he is able to, should it be needed (as in my case)— Ms Princess was an excellent host—she checked on me and even checked on a minor bathroom detail we had, it was handled quickly. The Check out process is easy as well. We loved the pool and private beach area!…. Thank u all so much….ur hospitality and kindness did Not go unnoticed… J.Turner

Nice condo

The condo is very nice, it is very safe and the pool area is nice as well. The atmosphere is very subdued. Most people who stay in the complex are either owners or long term visitors. It is also not near anything. You need to drive to everything. While the communication with the owners was fine and quick with responses. They are in Canada. I was asked to contact a person in Jamaica to arrange access to the Condo prior to arrival. It felt like my calling her was an inconvenience to her. I was told if my arrival was after 5:30 she would leave the keys at the guard house. I arrived at 4:45 and upon arrival at the guard house for the property I was give a set of keys and a general idea where the condo was. That was all. After determining which condo in the building was the correct one, by trial and error (no unit numbers), there were no instructions in the condo either. I had to determine how everything worked again by trial and error. The unit has WiFi but no idea the password. I emailed the owner because I couldn’t get hot water, he did give me a hint, and I was then able to get hot water. The poor check in process lead to unnecessary frustrations. If this is improved and you understand that the condo is in a more residential area it is a great vacation location.

Condo was clean and comfortable! Close to the Club House, pool and beach. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing! Pool area was quiet and clean! We didn’t bring a cooler so that was the only drawback as we had to walk back and forth to the condo to get cold drinks. Guards at the gate were always helpful and called reliable cab service to take us into Negril. Amazing vacation away from over crowed all inclusive resorts!!

A great find when staying in Negril

We stayed in Kevin and Lisa's condo in LBCC for two weeks in Feb.2019. The condo was everything we were looking for: clean, very quiet and safe. Everything worked: kitchen appliances, entertainment equipment and A/C. It was like staying in suburbia in paradise. The yards and common areas were all beautifully landscaped with a variety of flora. The beach/pool area were meticulously groomed everyday. There was lots of sunshine and shade. You could swim or snorkel right off the beach (great for learning to snorkel). The only down-side was that the beach could use more, and better, beach loungers. We met lots of new friends; everyone was friendly: from the grounds-keepers to the security guards to the residents. We cannot wait to return to LBCC. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo, Kevin and Lisa.

Honest, utilitarian, well-furnished, comfortable

We had a wonderful week in Little Bay Country Club staying at Kevin's condo apartment. The advantage for us of staying in an apartment was that we could cook our own food on the excellent burner, and make use of the toaster oven, oven, coffee maker, and blender. The air conditioning is very good and kept us cool in the evenings. It would have been useful to have a broom in the apartment in order to deal with the inevitable sand, but we managed just fine. We spent almost all of our time on Bloody Bay beach, but we also enjoyed the club's small and nicely private beach. The pool is beautiful and clean. Karen took very good care of us. We will return!

Beautiful and relaxing

The property was very beautiful and quiet. The beach was only a short walk from the condo. Our whole stay there were only a few other people on the beach. The water was very clear and the grounds/sand were raked often. We met some people that owned properties there and they were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and modern. It was nice to be able to cook at home and do some laundry during the short afternoon rains. Kevin and Karen were very helpful. I texted with Karen before the trip, and she was able to arrange airport pickup/drop off. It was really nice to have someone with your name on a sign at the airport so you didn’t get lost! Negril was only a 150 JMD cab ride away from the condo. This was a really great trip, and I will definitely book this condo again whenever I return to Negril. Thank you, Kevin and Karen!

Stunning, peaceful, jewel of Negril

What a true gem, such a find!!! Beautifully set in an enclosed 'community' , 3 min walk to the pool and beach, peace and tranquility, with everything you need for the most relaxing Jamaican holiday experience. The appartment had everything it states and needs, clean, tastefully decorated, karen was a great help, and communicatin with kevin was fantastic. A real home from home experience, just what we were looking for. We rented a car, travelled up and down the stunning beaches, bars and restaurants of Negril, found some great spots, but were always happy to return "home" to Rallstons (security guard) big Jamaican smile. We had the most relaxing and welcoming holiday in the caribean ever, and yes we will return, it just ticks all the boxes!!!!

Excellent Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this excellent property and will be back as soon as we can. Check in was very easy and the condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. The location of this condo could not have been better to the pool and beach. We felt very safe in this gated community and would not hesitate to book it again....and we will. This is probably the most conveniently located of all the rental options in this community as it is directly across the street from the clubhouse, pool, and beach. It is furnished with everything you will need including even tennis racquets and snorkel gear (although we already had our own). It is nice not having to go out for every meal and you also save a lot of money. We typically ate breakfast and dinner at the condo but lunch while out and about. We spent about two-thirds of our time on the property, where it is peaceful and relatively unpopulated, and the rest exploring other areas, including the more frequented beaches. The people at the security gate were very helpful when we needed advice or directions.

I absolutely love Kevin and Lisa's place.

This condo is literally a home away from home lol! It's equipped with everything you need from stove/fridge/washer&dryer/cabinets stocked with your essentials...pots, pans, dish ware. I love Jamaica, and frequent there often and let me tell you it doesn't get any better then this. There is 24 hour security, you have your own private pool and beach separate from the main attraction spots. But you're still in the heart of it all, only a few minutes drive to Seven-Mile. So if you want to be in the lime-lite jump in the car/taxi and head up the street. Or for some serious tranquility, you can stay in and enjoy the private beach right at your back door. There were a few minor hiccups from natural wear and tear on appliances/furniture that I notified the owners about and it was handled immediately. I plan to be back out there in December and am surely staying here. I would highly recommend. Pay attention to other places you are inquiring to stay at, as to make sure it comes with full appliances as in stove etc...I notice a few reputable places at a lower cost than this condo but have the subliminal listings of what's REALLY furnished in the apartment.

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment

I was happily surprised at how large and well kept the apartment was on arrival. The pictures don't do this place any justice. It had 1 bedroom and a pull out double bed in the living room which was just about comfortable for my friends and I. We were a group of 4. It would be even more perfect for a small family with 1 or 2 children. The country club boasts a community pool which seems to be hardly used and the access to the private beach was a HUGE plus. This is the perfect getaway if you want a bit of privacy. The location is also ideal; just on the outskirts of the Negril strip so you are not too far from the action. However, you will need transportation to and from. The villas are also a bit of a trek from the security main gate. Security was really over zealous however, we felt completely safe throughout our stay and in hindsight wouldn't have had it any other way. The support prior to our stay and during was also very efficient and I would certainly stay here again. A definite recommendation.

Perfect Apartment

i stayed at this apartment for 5 days 4 nights, and everything was perfect, all you need to walk with is your clothes and food (if you want to cook), the pictures does not do this place any justice.the apartments has EVERYTHING you would need, and i loved that bathroom!! the compound is well kept and the pool and beach is literally at your doorstep, i loved that!!! Kevin was great to communicate with, answering my million questions and request, i will definitely recommend here for anyone who wants the perfect get away in negril and don't want to spend crazy amts at the hotels, i will be renting here again next time i visit Jamaica.

Perfect Beautiful Villa in a Perfect Location

This is a perfect condo in the more private and untouched Long Bay section of Negril. It is a close drive to the city center, yet far enough away from the touristy and overdone vacation set up that you get with a lot of hotels. The condo comes well equipped with all the comforts of home inclusive of washer and dryer, cold air conditioning, a perfect upgraded kitchen and other expertly laid out furnishings and designer digs. The clubhouse, infinity pool and private beach with all the beach furniture only made it that more perfect. The community provides 24hour security at the gate and on foot patrol so safety is never an issue. The community is also very quiet and simply proved to be the perfect getaway. I stayed with my children and to their delight, we found a Nintendo WiiU upon arrival along with all the network channels on the television. The caretaker Karen was also amazing and very readily available and willing to help. Kevin and Lisa were so professional yet personable and easy to work with. They explained all the particulars and clearly communicated the terms of the rental and expectations. My overall experience was amazing and I cannot wait to visit again. I love it here!!

Perfect Honeymoon!

The unit was just perfect for our Honeymoon! Kevin was great to work with, quick response on email and phone. Karen is a saint! She met us at the airport and helped us with all our grocery needs and questions. We stopped in Montego Bay at grocery store with private transfer. Our driver was excellent! The unit had everything we needed including great internet and TV! We felt very safe and secure at this location with 24 hour security. Guards were very nice. We enjoyed the beach and pool area- huge pool! We spent a day at 7 mile beach and enjoyed some great meals in town. Very quiet and peaceful. You can definitely relax here. Will are already planning our next stay.

Wonderful place !

We really enjoyed our stay in Kevin and Lisa's condo! It was such a pleasant experience dealing with them and the condo was very clean and perfect for me and my boyfriend. Not only was the condo amazing but so was location. It was super nice to have a private beach and private pool while being so close to everything else. It was so great we rebooked shortly after returning home and are looking forward to our next visit. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in paradise.

Great place to stay!

The unit was just perfect for the two of us! Kevin was great to work with, quick response on email and phone. The unit had everything we needed including great internet and TV! We stopped in Montego Bay at grocery store with private transfer. Very secure location with 24 hour security. Guards were very nice and remembered us! We enjoyed the beach and pool area- huge pool! Princess Approved!

I've stayed at a number of Jamaica rentals and this one by far has spoiled me forever. From the prompt and polite first interaction with Kevin who called me within minutes of my inquiry, to the follow mid trip and beyond, I was absolutely thrilled with my experience in renting this unit. It will indeed not be my last. Kevin provided all of the information we required in advance so that we were adequately prepared with what we needed (and mostly what we didn't!) He connected us with his contact person Karen in Negril, who met us upon our arrival at the unit and showed us all around. She was also available throughout our stay with any inquiries we had. This gated community is simply fabulous. It is meticulously maintained by friendly staff and I cannot say enough about the Zen feel of the place. We were there in Mid September and honestly, it was very quiet, but it was still immaculate and we were spoiled by having the beach and pool to ourselves every day. The unit itself is on the lower level of a two-storey complex. There was not a lot of noise from the person upstairs (who appeared to work all day) just minimal every day living noise in the mornings and evenings when they were home...nothing disruptive in my opinion. The unit is very well appointed and spacious, decorated very nicely. Extremely clean. I was beyond impressed. I am a Princess at heart and it's not often that I'm left with nothing to critique! (It's also my business to do so!!) The most pleasant surprises were the amount of amenities and how well stocked this unit is.....from the safe to the hair dryer, to the snorkelling gear, it was just pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise. You literally need for nothing at all. Laundry is included and even detergent, paper supplies and soap were provided which is something that I've never experienced elsewhere. I was beyond thrilled having spices and a rice cooker to work with (and left a few behind as well). Even a Blender!! We had originally planned to do a fair bit of dining out, but ultimately only did so one night....it was that cozy and comfy that we just wanted to stay in, cook, relax and enjoy. My only complaint is that I can't get back there soon enough! Thanks so much for the amazing experience. I will be back, and will be recommending all of my friends and clients to this unit!

With roots in Jamaica, it was a natural choice to find a winter get-a-way down in Negril. We found this development a few years back. Bloody bay is a natural beauty with a gorgeous white sandy beach and crystal clear water that are truly breath taking.

What makes this property unique

Our 680 sqft condo is situated right across the club house. This club house features a fabulous infinity pool overlooking Bloody Bay's crystal clear water. Our place is ideal for snorkelling since we are located on a fish sanctuary.
