A warm welcome to our newly built holiday home, “Windrose”!<br><br><br><br>In your private holiday home, “Windrose,” you’ll enjoy the best holiday days in a spacious 77m². The house is bright and modernly furnished and can accommodate the whole family—up to 5 people. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here.<br><br><br><br>Good to know:<br><br><br><br>Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. With it, you’ll benefit from numerous discounts at more than 20 partner businesses in the areas of public transport, mobility, and leisure/culture.<br><br><br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.<br><br>A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rental payment.<br><br>Costs for electricity (0.35 €/kWh), gas (1.50 €/m³), and water (6.50 €/m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.<br><br>Bedding, linens, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br>One pet may be accommodated for an additional fee. Leider können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen und würden auch nicht noch einmal wiederkommen.Besonders enttäuschend war der Zustand der Dusche bzw. des Abflusses. Dieser hat unfassbar stark und unangenehm gerochen, sodass die Nutzung der Dusche wirklich keine angenehme Erfahrung war.Auch bei den grundlegenden Dingen wurde leider sehr gespart. Bei unserer Ankunft war lediglich etwa eine halbe Rolle einlagiges Toilettenpapier vorhanden – für eine Unterkunft, die man bezahlt und entsprechend bewohnt, empfanden wir das als wenig einladend.Da wir mit Hund angereist sind und hierfür einen Aufpreis bezahlen mussten, hätten wir zumindest eine kleine Grundausstattung wie einen Napf oder ein Hundebett erwartet. Leider war überhaupt nichts für den Hund vorhanden.Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren zwar grundsätzlich eine nette Idee, allerdings waren diese sehr alt und nicht funktionstüchtig. Von einer tatsächlichen Nutzung konnte daher keine Rede sein.Insgesamt hatten wir leider nicht das Gefühl, dass hier besonders viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gelegt wird. Gerade angesichts des Preises und des zusätzlichen Aufpreises für den Hund hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.Für uns steht daher fest: Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Haus war sehr schön, noch besser wäre eine separate Toilette.Sehr schön war das bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch stand.Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Seepark Nordhorn, das vorherige Mal in einer Doppelhaushälfte.

Frohes Neues Jahr!Dieses Mal, möchte ich Ihnen ein paar Zeilen schreiben. Nicht als Beschwerde! Nur zur Information.Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und fühlen uns in dem Haus immer sehr wohl."Leider" haben wir dieses Mal einen zusätzlichen Tag nachgebucht und sind schon am 29.12. und nicht erst (wie angegeben) am 30.12. angereist. Eventuell waren die Betten deshalb nicht bezogen und das Haus nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Ist aber nur eine Vermutung.Betten beziehen und Staub saugen? Für uns kein Problem. Da wir immer mit 2 Katzen reisen, stören uns solche Kleinigkeiten nicht. Staub saugen gehört da zum Tagesprogramm.Das wir, für die in die Hand gedrückten, nicht wirklich passenden Bettbezüge 24 gezahlt haben, hinterlässt leider einen eher unfairen Eindruck.Leider wurde unser telefonischer Hinweis, auf die defekten Lamellen im Vorhang, nicht beachtet (direkt nach unserem Einzug auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen).Bei näherer Betrachtung wurde auch klar warum. Die Lamellen waren oben abgebrochen und schon mit Kabelbinder und Draht behelfsmäßig "repariert".Ergebnis war, das man sich immer beobachtet gefühlt hat. Klar. Durch die zwei Lamellen kann man auf Entfernung nicht viel sehen. Ist eine reine Kopfsache. Und genau das macht es so unangenehm! Theoretisch konnte uns jeder vorbeigehende Spaziergänger, beim auf der Couch sitzen, beobachten.Aber das sich niemand genötigt gefühlt hat, auf unseren Hinweis zu reagieren... Ein paar Streifen Klebeband hätten uns gereicht.

Matratzenschoner waren schlecht - alle Küchenmesser unscharf! - WC-Spüler-Taste durch WC-Deckel abgedeckt - Kleiderbügel im Schrank erneuern - Tischleuchte defekt - Lamellen der großen Fenster defekt - Insektengitter fallen aus den Fensterrahmen - bis warmes Wasser am Hahn ankommt dauert es ewig - Es fehlt das Kümmern !! Es sind Kleinigkeiten aber das macht es aus. Auf Dauer wachsen diese Kleinigkeiten.

Ein sauberes, helles Haus. Ideal für uns als Paar mit altem, großen Hund. Da wir nicht zum ersten mal im Seepark waren, wissen wir, dass in allen Häusern irgendetwas fehlt. Manchmal sind es scharfe Messer, manchmal ist es eine Auflaufform, dieses mal waren es Handfeger und Schaufel und etwas zum Wischen. Aber wir haben mittlerweile immer die für uns wichtigen Haushaltsgegenstände dabei ;-).Das Haus war sauber, die Betten nicht durchgelegen und wenn doch mal etwas fehlt oder kaputt geht ist der „Hausmeister“ sehr schnell da und hilft! Wir fühlten uns bisher in allen Häusern wohl.

Von außen und innen schön und modern. Einziges Manko: die Sauberkeit: Dreckiger Matratzenschonbezug im Zimmer wo das Doppelbett steht. Im Zimmer mit den Hochbetten waren an der unteren Matratze Urinflecken. Die Schonbezüge unten und oben an der Matratze waren kaputt (gerissene Gummis) Im Eisfach Schimmel unter einem Kühlakku und Flecken an der Küchenfront. Ansonsten gepflegt. Allerdings hätte ich für den Preis mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.

Als ich zu meinem Grundstück wollte standen plötzlich um die 20 Auto und haben mit den weg versperrte . Es war eine türkische Hochzeit . Ich wurde beleidigt und nicht an mein Parkplatz rangelassen. Die Rezeption hatte zu und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich. Auf meine Anfrage wurde geantwortet, dass es sich hierbei um eine öffentliche Straße handelt und jeder rein und raus kann . Mir fehlen einfach die Worte . Suchen Sie sich lieber einen anderen Ort

Ruhiger Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich. Ausstattung (auch in den Küchenschubladen) ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, da vieles einfach fußläufig bei mittellangen Spaziergängen zu erreichen ist.Nur die 'Gartenfläche' hätte schöner sein können, man kommt sich manchmal cor wie auf dem Präsentierteller, da das Haus so nah am Weg ist.
