Enjoy your stay in our tastefully furnished oasis of comfort near the centre of the “Water City” of Nordhorn.<br><br><br><br>Additional information on costs and fees:<br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 guests; an additional guest pays a surcharge per night.<br><br>Children up to 3 years old do not pay an extra bed fee.<br><br><br><br>Electricity, water, and heating are included.<br><br>Bedding, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br><br><br>Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free, digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility, and leisure/culture.<br><br><br><br>If, after booking and due to a state mandate, a health certificate or similar document is required, the renter must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it upon request by the authorities.<br><br>One parking space is available free of charge. Additional parking is available at the entrance to the Seepark.<br><br><br><br>Nordwind is a detached holiday home on a spacious 305 m² lot, perfect for playing and relaxing. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the park and lake. Enjoy the evening sun in a beach chair with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.<br><br><br><br>With 86 m² of living space, you’ll enjoy a stress-free holiday—wellness amenities, underfloor heating, and blackout pleated shades on all windows included!<br><br><br><br>On the ground floor of the Nordwind holiday home, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. A wood-burning stove keeps you cosy when it gets dark and a bit cooler outside. Unwind in the sauna and relax in the hot tub.<br><br><br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms: one with a state-of-the-art box-spring bed and the other with a double bed featuring a slatted frame and a spring-core mattress, both designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A separate bathroom is right next door. <br><br><br><br>Use the loft, which overlooks the living room, to daydream or lose yourself in an exciting book. A sofa bed offers a cosy place to stay for additional guests.<br><br><br><br>Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our Nordwind holiday home offers every comfort, including a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, patio furniture, and much more. For our youngest guests, a high chair and a well-stocked toy box are available.<br><br>A travel cot can be booked in advance with the on-site property manager.<br><br><br><br>After a bike ride, you can store your bikes safely and dry in a spacious, lockable shed. There are plenty of electrical sockets available for charging your devices.
