LUXURIOUS LIVING AT LINDENPARK
Here, the charm of the good old days meets modernity: This apartment building, lovingly constructed in the 1930s in the style of classic seaside resort architecture, captivates not only with its classic architecture and meticulously maintained green spaces but also with its prime location—the perfect starting point for a Baltic Sea holiday in Kühlungsborn. Behind the building lies the Kühlungsborn City Forest, the green heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn; in front of the building is the spacious Lindenpark. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the “Zentrum Ost” and the fine-sand beach.

The Residenz Unter den Linden has a long history. The building was originally constructed as a guesthouse, then served as a recreation centre for the Free German Trade Union Federation (FDGB) in the GDR, and was subsequently operated as a hotel in the 1990s. Since 2002, it has undergone extensive renovation, and the hotel rooms have been converted into holiday apartments.

The floors are accessible by lift. The building features a large bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors in this non-smoking building. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi is available; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any service disruptions.

4-ROOM-VACATION APARTMENT FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE SPANNING 2 FLOORS WITH 2 BATHROOMS
The cosy, well-furnished 4-room holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Residenz Unter den Linden and spans 2 floors. The light-filled apartment offers a view of the Kühlungsborn City Forest and accommodates 4 to 6 people. The lower level of the apartment features a combined living and dining area. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa set with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette with all essential kitchen appliances, such as an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a modern tiled bathroom (renovated in spring 2022!) with a large shower and toilet. A staircase inside the apartment leads to the second bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds and a TV. The single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. You’ll also find another modern bathroom with a bathtub (also renovated in spring 2022) as well as another small living area. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, a small dining area, and a kitchenette.

A free parking space is available for your use. Please understand that pets are not permitted in this non-smoking apartment. 

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately from us for an additional fee. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
