Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit unseren 2 Enkelkindern in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 300m von der Ostsee entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig ca.300m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und für 4 Personen ideal geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine perfekte Lage. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Frau S. vor Ort war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig, größere Deckenhöhe (eine Backsteinreihe mehr), Türen 211 cm hoch. Das spricht uns an, weil wir große Leute sind…Die Wohnung wirkt etwas größer als 55qm, durch geschickte Raumaufteilung mit zwei vollwertigen (!) Schlafzimmern.Die Wohnung hat vormittags Sonne in Bad und den beiden Schlafzimmern, die Terrasse und das Wohnzimmerfenster bekommen die Sonne erst spät ab, im Oktober gar nicht mehr. Wenn es draußen bedeckt ist, macht es Sinn, auch tagsüber Licht einzuschalten. Aber bei der tollen Lage waren wir tagsüber unterwegs am StrandPromenade.2 TV mit Sat-TV (haben wir nicht genutzt). Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besteck und Teller sind eher einfach (bessere Ausstattung wird ja in Ferienwohnungen leider zu oft geklaut). Gewürze, Essig, Öl, alles was zum Kochen notwendig ist, war vorhanden, was in Ferienwohnungen ja leider nicht immer so ist.Die Wohnung haben wir in einem Zustand vorgefunden, wie er leider oft vorkommt, aber nicht vorkommen sollte, wenn zuvor geputzt wurde. Es war gewischt und fast sauber, aber Flecken unter WC, einige Teller/Gläser von Vormietern unsauber in den Schrank geräumt, Schmutz auf der Arbeitsplatte unter Toaster/Kaffeemaschine müssen nicht sein, die Vermieter haben aber reagiert. Die Dusche habe ich erst betreten, nachdem ich Schimmel in den Ecken der Duschkabine entfernt habe, ich mag das nicht anders, vlt. bin ich zu pingelig. Sprich einige Minuten Hand angelegt und dann eine TOP Wohnung gehabt. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Parkplatz am Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Ostsee ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, kleines Manko, Kindersicherung im Herd ließ sich nicht ausschalten, Reparatur wird vom Vermieter aber geregelt.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage ! Ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Strand und man ist schnell bei Läden und beim Italiener. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat eine gute Aufteilung, in den Betten kann man gut schlafen und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, hat schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert und geholfen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Eine super Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne ruhig Wohnung in absoluter Toplage. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zum Strand als auch zu den nächsten Geschäften. Diese Wohnung ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt zum Wiederholungstäter.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Das Geschirr, die Töpfe, die Pfannen und das Besteck könnte aber mal ersetzt bzw. vor Anreise nach der Sauberkeit überprüft werden.

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger gut angebundener Lage in West

Wir hatten eine arbeitsreiche Woche, dafür war die Wohnung okay, sehr gutes schnelles Internet. Wir hatten uns auf die Terrasse gefreut, aber diese liegt in Richtung Nordwesten und die Hecke ist gewachsen, was für die Privat beim Sitzen ganz gut ist. Direkt daneben ist das nächste Haus. Die Grundstück Zufahrt wie abgebildet. Wir fanden die überdachte Fahrrad Abstellmöglichkeit gut. Und die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Ansonsten fanden wir die Wohnung etwas dunkel. Es ist im Sommer sicher sehr praktisch, dass es sicher sehr kühl bleibt. Für Frühling und Herbst war es für uns nicht ganz optimal.. der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell und der Check in flexibel dafür möchten wir uns nochmals herzlich bedanken.

Alles war super

Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles geboten, was man sich sonst wünscht. Alles funktionierte, selbst die Dusche.Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.Da wir im winter vor Ort waren hätten wärmere Bettdecken gut getan, so könnte man auch noch Heizkosten sparen.

Aufenthalt Kühlungsborn!

Der Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn war perfekt. Die Promenade und der Strand waren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wäre schön, wenn eine Teekanne vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die Wohnung würden wir wieder buchen.
