In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the centre of Boltenhagen with its spa park, pier, Beach Lounge, dune promenade, and many shops, restaurants, and cafés. For active guests, we highly recommend the outdoor climbing park, the coastal protection forest with fitness equipment, or the Camp David Adventure Mini-Golf Park, which features unique golf courses, a children’s play area, gold panning, and marble runs—all nestled within a beautiful perennial garden café.

The cosy 3-room apartment with a seasonally furnished south/west-facing balcony is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a separate outdoor staircase. You’ll find a lovingly furnished holiday apartment with 64 square metres of living space. The comfortable living room features a seating area and modern entertainment technology, including a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker, also includes a cosy dining area. The spacious apartment includes two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower, a separate guest bathroom with free use of the washing machine, and a convenient outdoor storage room are also included. A free parking space is available; bicycles can be securely stored in the lockable bike room in front of the building. This family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is pet-free.
