Wonderful apartment! WLAN Only 400m to the sea and the center

Our apartment is located in the Sünnslag holiday complex in a central yet quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. It is a beautifully furnished and newly furnished apartment for up to four people.
On 78m2 you can expect a bright, light-flooded apartment with a spacious living room, separate dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.
You enter the apartment and come into a well-cut hallway from which the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the spacious living room go off.

From the small but very cozy balcony that you enter from the living room, you have a wonderful view of the countryside.

In the living room you will find a cozy couch area with flat-screen TV and a reading chair.

The dining area impresses with the cozy bench and the large dining table where everyone can find space.

From there it goes into the separate, new kitchen. Here you will find everything you need on vacation; the kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, stove and ceramic hob and of course a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The apartment has two bedrooms of approximately the same size.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe in which your holiday wardrobe can easily be stored.
The second bedroom has two single box spring beds (90x200) that can be placed alone or as a double bed. Here you will also find a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
From the hall you come into the neat shower room and a separate toilet. A hair dryer is of course available for you in the shower room.
You will also find an iron with an ironing board and a clothes horse in the apartment.

Our apartment is completely tiled.

An outdoor parking space is available directly at the house.

A high chair is available for our little guests.
Games and DVDs are available in the apartment for cozy family evenings.

Our apartment is in a central yet very quiet location. It is only a stone's throw to the shops; The beach is 400m away and the center of Boltenhagen with all its cafes, restaurants and shops is around 750m away.
