Step outside onto the large deck featuring a propane fireplace, the perfect spot for quiet evenings under the stars. Take in the breathtaking views overlooking the lake while you unwind with a drink or morning coffee.

Enjoy private access to Keewaydin Lake, just a short drive down the road—ideal for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting.

Surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, you’ll have endless opportunities for hiking, skiing, and year-round outdoor adventure right at your fingertips.

This is an off grid home using mostly solar energy.... we have on demand generator back up for those cloudy days.

*We do have a dock at the lake if you plan to bring a boat please let us know and it can be launched at the public boat launch.

*We will accept bookings for the month of October for fair goers and leaf peepers but not for hunting.
* Woodstove in the basement is off limits.
*NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO FIREWORKS


*Close to several ski areas including Sunday River, Pleasent Mtn, Mt Abrahm.
*Not far from shopping and recreational areas like North Conway NH.

Security: We have blink cameras on site that only face outside the home on all four corners capable of taking video.
