die Sitzecke im Wohnraum ist stark durchgesessen; es war kein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse; auf Nachfrage bei der Hausverwaltung will der Eigentümer dieses Jahr keinen neuen Schirm mehr zur Verfügung stellen, da schon mehrere Schirme durch Wind zerstört wurden; da auch noch während unsere Anwesenheit oft die Sonne geschienen hat, war ein Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse nicht möglich; Terrassenmöbel aus Alu oder Leichtmetall die bei Regen unangenehme Trommelgeräusche verursachen

Sehr schöne Fhw. Wir waren Mitte Juni 24 für 13 Tage Gast im Haus Smer App.6 . Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und an nichts gefehlt. Zu dieser Zeit war es trotz der Nahen Verbindung zur Hauptstraße und Feinkost Meyer sehr ruhig. Ausstattungsmäßig hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schönes, durchdachtes Mobiliar. Wir haben uns die anderen App im Internet auch angeschaut und fanden, dass das App 6 über die schönste und geschmackvollste Ausstattung verfügt. Die anderen App waren auch nicht schlecht eingerichtet aber unserer Meinung nach nicht so durchdacht und zusammengehörig ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie mehrere Bäcker im Umkreis von ca 800 m haben die Versorgung mit Lebensmittel sehr vereinfacht. Speiselokale waren ebenfalls im nahen Umkreis Fußläufig oder mit dem Rad gut und schnell zu erreichen. Zum Strand waren es ebenfalls nur ca. 600 m. Kurz um: schöne Whg - immer wieder. Die Abwicklung mit Sylt-er war wie immer problemlos und topp. Wir würden eine Whg blind von dem Sylt-er Team buchen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Wenningstedt.

Eine sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Miele Küche, ordentliches Geschirr, Gläser und Möbel. Der Mietpreis spiegelt sich hier auch in der Ausstattung der Wohnung wieder, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer, euphemistisch im Untergeschoss, praktisch im Keller, zwar eher dunkel, aber ebenfalls hochwertig, mit auf Maß geschreinerten Einbaumöbeln ausgestattet. Familien mit Kindern bitte beachten: Das Waschbecken ist relativ hoch angebracht, da eine Waschmaschine darunter passt.
