House Rules

Parking: One parking space is included. Please park on the right side of the driveway, leaving room for another car.

Guest Disclosure: All guests staying in the apartment must be listed on the reservation.

No Parties: Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Towels & Bedding: Please avoid staining towels or bedding with makeup, hair products, dyes, or sunblock.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

AC Use: Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.

Carpet Care Rules (New Carpet!)
• Remove shoes before entering carpeted bedrooms.
• Avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
• Clean spills immediately and let us know.
• Do not place wet items on the carpet.
• Lift luggage instead of dragging it.
