If we are made aware of a noise concern during a guest's stay, we contact the upstairs guests immediately and politely remind them to respect the house rules and be considerate of neighboring guests who may have different schedules. We are committed to addressing these situations promptly whenever they arise. We also appreciate your comments regarding the rear patio and the bathroom sink. Since your stay, the patio has been cleaned and refreshed, and the bathroom has been completely renovated, including improvements to the sink, plumbing, and overall layout.
