While we certainly wish everything had been perfect from the start, we're happy our maintenance team was able to respond quickly to the leak and get the TV working properly while they were there. Adding shower caddies to the upstairs bathrooms is a great idea, and we'll certainly look into that. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the trash. Unlike many residential neighborhoods, vacation cabins in the Gatlinburg area don't receive regular city trash service. Instead, our housekeeping team removes the trash after each departure and transports it to a local disposal facility. For longer stays, we're always happy to arrange an additional pickup upon request, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue looking for ways to make that process even more convenient for our guests. We're also sorry you experienced the ceiling leak during your stay. Thank you for letting us know so our maintenance team could respond, and we'll be replacing the damaged pool cue tips to ensure the game room is ready for future guests.
