The house was everything plus more than what we expected. Clean was an understatement. Our couples trip was excellent,the house accommodated everyone. We're already planning our next trip for 2027 for that exact house. Tri Star Lodge gets 5 's in our book.

Great vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! It was a great home in a great location, we even saw bears almost everyday of our stay from the home! It comfortably fit our groups of 7 adults and 2 children. It was within a great driving distance from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, as well as the Smokey Mountains. Highly recommend!!The only issue we ran into was the dryer did not function well.

Great Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience! Home was clean and had the most amazing view!Recommendation: Provide more education about proximity to wildlife, specifically bears, with with to do / not to do. While we are knowledgeable, we saw several neighbors who were not.

We actually email check-in tips with information about bears and other local wildlife. We have also posted it on our guest portal thanks to your suggestion. Unfortunately, when reservations are made through some OTA platforms, guests are not always allowed to receive a link to the guest portal. Your feedback is very helpful, and reviewing better communication solutions to address some of those booking platform shortcomings is something we will continue working to improve — especially when it comes to sharing important information like bear etiquette and wildlife safety.
