Unfortunately, this home did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend it.We appreciated the host accommodating our dog and being responsive when we raised concerns. However, there were several discrepancies between the listing and the actual property. The Master Suite is advertised as having a private ensuite with tub and shower, but there was no ensuite. The listing also refers to an asphalt driveway, but there is no driveway. We felt the photos were somewhat misleading, and the surrounding neighborhood was rougher than expected.During our stay, the kitchen faucet stopped working. We eventually learned the sensor needed new batteries, which resolved it. The upstairs, especially the third floor, was extremely warm. The host offered maintenance and an HVAC technician, but we declined the HVAC visit after the second floor cooled enough and because we did not want someone entering while we were out.There were also housekeeping issues: coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, no downstairs bathroom hand towels, and several non-working table lamps. The living room TV remote was missing. We spent considerable time searching for it, only to receive a message from the host—before we reported it missing—that a replacement had been ordered. It arrived around 11 PM.The host offered 74 and later 120 toward our concerns. We declined because we were comfortable paying for the extended checkout. We appreciated the offers, but they did not change our overall experience.

When the kitchen faucet issue was reported, we arranged maintenance and had the sensor disabled so the faucet could operate normally. We also offered to have an HVAC professional inspect the upstairs temperature concerns, but you let us know that the lower floors had cooled sufficiently and preferred not to have another technician enter during your stay. We respected that request and scheduled follow-up after checkout. We also addressed the missing remote by having a replacement delivered and followed up on the housekeeping and lighting concerns with our team. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. We take your comments regarding the listing details seriously as well and are reviewing the descriptions mentioned to ensure they accurately reflect the home and its layout for future guests. While we regret that the overall experience fell short of expectations, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity we had to address several of the concerns during your stay.
