A short 15m drive to everything like the hard rock casino, bush gardens, downtown Tampa, and the port of Tampa. Disney is 45 minutes away as well.

Everything was amazing only note I would have is that there is only 6 bath towels the rest are for the pool so I would recommend bringing some of your own just incase if your traveling with a bigger group.
