This upscale designed & decorated home has all the amenities, spectacular views & space you dream about for your family vacation. 164 Davis Love is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach or a 2-minute ride to the marina. Overlooking the signature hole of the championship Ocean Creek Golf Course & marshes beyond, you can enjoy watching golfers hit (or miss) the green or enjoy the peaceful, calming view of the marsh and its wildlife.

Elevated ceiling heights & abundant, oversized windows, a screened porch & large deck offer many opportunities for enjoying the view. The main floor offers a spacious family living area, a gourmet kitchen & dining area, screened porch, large deck, a bedroom with King bed, full bath & laundry room with full size washer, dryer & sink. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas offers a large social area where no one feels left out, whether relaxing in front of the television or preparing a family meal in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a separate ice maker & island cook top. The screen porch & deck are just off the kitchen. The beautiful sunset views of the marsh & a grill on the deck, make dinner at the end of the day a pleasurable and relaxing time.

The second floor offers three bedrooms & three full baths. The master suite overlooking the golf course & marsh is a peaceful oasis with a king bed, a comfortable seating area for relaxing, reading or quiet enjoyment of the view & a large master bath. The attached bath offers double sinks, separate sauna shower & oversized tub & private water closet. The second bedroom offers a King bed & private full bath. The third bedroom provides full bunk beds & a private full bath.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. Amazing house and views

We come to Fripp every year and this property is hands down one of the best places to vacation in!!! Views of the golf course and marsh right in the backyard, lots of deer and majestic birds to see as well. The house itself is AMAZING!!! We felt like we were back home in our own house...that is who cozy this home is!!! The kitchen is huge with 2 story ceilings, a sunken living room, dining room that seats 8 people 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all huge! The master bath has a sauna in the shower which we didn't even know when we booked this property. The back deck is very large and great for grilling out and eating while watching the tides roll in or watch the golfers while having breakfast. Property is almost at the end of the cul-de-sac so hardly any traffic in this area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and baking dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. No need to bring anything for cooking! Even comes with a blender! The screened in porch in the back was one of our favorite spots for early morning and late evening relaxing! This will be our "go to" property every year now at Fripp! We absolutely loved our stay here!!!!

Great family vacation

Loved the setup of the home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The pull out couch was not clean at all with lots of stains. The lights in bathroom were out and kitchen but property manager came right over to fix when we called. There were also not enough linens such as blankets and sheets for the beds. Overall we had a great family vacation and with a few minor changes this place would be more than perfect. Would rent again

Nice floor plan/view. Needs serious TLC

Checkin ez and quick. Unloading food items overwhelmed by fish odor in refrigerator. Not cleaned well and no baking soda or other deodorizer and it took 24 hrs to get any. Separate ice maker not working, one eye on range not working. Need more baking pans and mixer doesn’t work. Views are great we spent lots of time on deck and grilling. Tv in den so small (36 inches or less) and very old technology not visible from across the room too small for room size. Never got cable to work?? Did have nice dining area for meals and games. Sheets need to be replaced very thin. Laundry room Is great and conveniently located. Overall floor plan is great and we enjoyed using golf cart to explore Fripp. Bought amenity cards and used pools daily, also used tennis courts but did not receive a discount on $26 /hr rate. Repair broken appliances, replace tv and stained furniture in master bedroom and linens and give the entire house a deep cleaning. This would greatly enhance your guests stay and change a 3 star to a 5 star experience

sorry about the shrimp/ fish smells it does happen here at the coast with guest preparing there own meals and buying seafood from local markets which I can't blame them for that. Sorry it did take until the next morning got the baking soda but after the phone call around 8:30 that evening we had to go to closest store Wal Mart 45 minutes from island. The TV is a 45 inch flat screen and we weren't made aware of the stove having a burner out until last week and got it taken care of you never even let me know until now a month later from your stay we can't fix if we aren't told. The home was deep cleaned in spring then cleaned best can be done in the five hour window before next guest. They were at that time installing all new high speed internet and cable over the whole island so that could have been what was affecting your service no complaints since

Loved this house, but...

Great house! We will definitely stay here next year. Our only complaint was the bedding, towels, and mattresses. The mattress in the Master bedroom was great, but the other three bedrooms...not so much. There were no mattress covers on the beds. When the sheets came loose, there were urine stains on the mattresses, which was just gross! We ended up putting down towels and the comforter and just slept on that. I hope by next year, they will either be new mattresses or at least waterproof covers on them. The towels were old and worn. However, we called the property manager, who handled it right away and delivered newer and nicer towels. This is a nice house and has all the amenities needed for a family of 12 (with small children). Beds just need a little improvement.... Also...the advisement states that a golf cart is included... it was not. We have to rent them.

Nice home with great views

This is the second time we have rented this home. It is in a great location with golf course and marsh views. It also has a back deck to enjoy the sunset. We would stay here again.

Superb!

From the moment I drove up to this house, I could tell I was going to love it! The views were stunning! When I walked in, I couldn't believe my eyes! The kitchen was beautiful! It was very well appointed and everything we needed was there! The living area was very comfortable and big enough for all of my family to be seated comfortably. The screened porch and the deck were a huge plus as we spent quite a lot of time there. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The owners went to great lengths to make sure their guests were comfortable and the property manager is on the island. The area in which the house is located is quiet, but not too far from the beach. It's a short golf cart ride to the beach. We can't wait to rent this house again next year!

The Perfect Vacation Spot

I have stayed in this elegant home twice and enjoyed both stays. I loved the beautiful palmetto trees and the saltwater marshes surrounding the house. My family and I liked how the golf course, marina, pool, and beach were just a short walk away. This home is situated towards the back of the island, which gives it a very peaceful atmosphere. The screened-in porch was the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day in the sun, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sandy feet. Our stays here have been wonderful, and we can’t wait to be back!
