Welcome to your holiday apartment H-01!
This 84-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building H. It is designed to accommodate 4 people.

You can conveniently park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by lift or via the stairs.
The inviting entryway with a coat closet leads you directly to the first of the two bright and cheerful bedrooms on your left. It is furnished with a double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a large flat-screen TV. You can also access one of the two bathrooms through the bedroom. This bathroom features a bathtub and is perfect for relaxing. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom on your left, which is furnished in the same way. The last door down the hallway leads to the second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
But the heart of the apartment is still waiting for you—the living area! It features an open, modern built-in kitchen, a lovely dining area with four chairs, and a cosy sofa nook. From the living room, you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view. This gives you the chance to take in the view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows or wind down the day with an exciting film on the large flat-screen TV! Finally, you’ll reach the balcony with a one-of-a-kind, first-row ocean view! A cosy beach chair and a table with seating for four await you!
Every room is equipped with insect screens during the summer months. These provide effective protection against insects, pollen, and fine dust while maintaining a brilliant view.

Directly one floor below this beautiful apartment, you’ll find the fitness area with several saunas. You can reach the area by lift right in your dressing gown.
Children will find a playroom on this floor—especially handy when the weather isn’t so nice.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an lift that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground car park to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your holiday a memorable experience no matter the season.

The clearance height of the underground car park is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to help with any questions or requests you may have.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
