Luxury vacation apartment 1.08 with balcony & sauna in Timmendorfer Strand - close to the beach

Located just a few metres from the beach, Luxury Apartment 1.08 is on the ground floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 57 m² of space for 4 people. The apartment features a separate, open-concept bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area and an adjoining living area. The open living and dining area is complemented by a cosy couch designed to sleep two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. A grab bar is provided in the shower.

Special highlights of the apartment include its own glass-enclosed sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) and the large, furnished balcony, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment also comes with an outdoor parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with LBO regulations.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped back to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the third floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bike storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
