Vacation Apartment 2.05 with Sauna and Balcony in Timmendorfer Strand—Dogs Welcome

The spacious luxury suite 2.05 is located on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 4 people in 82 m² with two separate bedrooms—your dog is also welcome!

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area, as well as a cosy living area with armchairs and a sofa. One of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room, features a double box-spring bed, and can be separated by sliding slatted doors. The other separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, has its own luxurious bathroom with a shower and access to the balcony. There is also a separate, modern bathroom with a shower.

Highlights of the suite include its own small sauna (1.17 m x 1.17 m) and the furnished east-facing balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which features privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the penthouse level. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The beautifully redesigned promenade features an impressive array of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighbouring Baltic Sea resorts to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde) further enhance the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
