With 120 m² of living space and a total of four rooms—including three comfortable bedrooms and a spacious living room—this house is perfect for families, small groups, and anyone who values plenty of space and comfort. With sleeping accommodation for up to six people, every guest is sure to find plenty of space.

The separate bedroom on the ground floor features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a single continuous mattress, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed with two mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet.

The single-story holiday home features comprehensive and high-quality amenities. Two modern bathrooms and a separate guest bathroom ensure comfort for several people. In the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, you can conveniently prepare all your meals.
