The home was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. We were there for an event at University of Oregon and it was an easy drive to/from. I would definitely recommend it for a family, and would stay there again.
Very happy with our stay! The house was clean and it worked perfectly for my husband and I. Our daughter and her fiancé joined us with their dog. It was a great yard for both our dog and theirs. It was only a short drive to Autzen stadium which was helpful since we were going to a game!
We had a great stay. The check in information was accurate and easy to follow. The house is on a quiet street and easy to find with any gps app. The house itself is comfortable with a patio and table/chair set out back. When we were there a heat wave began: the air conditioners worked perfectly to keep us comfortable.
Property was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Good communication with Steve. Great location!
Very easy check-in and presentation upon check-in. Appreciated the cold water in fridge and of course the delicious chocolates. Close to shopping and easy access to highway. Only downfall would say is the street is crowded and tight for parking.
Great stay in a house 10 minutes from downtown Eugene. Well stocked and very comfortable. We were out and about most of the trip but it was a good place to come home and relax after daily activities.
My coworkers and I stayed here for a week. Fortunate to find this place during grad week. I think it was the last available house in town that wasn't astronomically overpriced. Great communication with the owner.
Very cute and comfortable home. Owners communication was outstanding. Had some wonderful treats waiting for us and even the dogs had special gifts. I highly recommend staying here. Was wonderful all the way around!
Steve could not have been accommodating!! Fast and clear communication, the kitchen was well stocked (even though we mostly ate out) super comfy beds and overall just a really wonderful stay! Highly recommend.
The house was very comfortable and clean and the hosts very helpful. There was a problem with the reservation dates, but the hosts were gracious about it.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Nice kitchen, furniture and fixtures need a refresh
It was a good location for a landing pad for Oregon Country Fair, but it is in a very crowded neighborhood. The ability to use the garage to park in was reassuring. Unfortunately, the living room couch, which we were going to use as a bed for a teen, was unusable due to a urine smell (perhaps a recent pet?). Also, be careful using the 1980s-era glass shower door, which repeatedly came off of its rails while we were there.

Mahalo for you review-Capt. Steve and Julie Nelson
I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Eugene. We were coming in late so I messaged them and they not only left the porch light on, but also some lamps inside. Then they had left some dog toys on the table for our pups and some chocolates for us. It is only about a mile and a half from a great dog park. There was some wood to start a fire in the fireplace to take off the morning chill. It was so nice to be away on vacation and feel at home. We even caught some naps and relaxed. Our communication was wonderful. This house met every need that we had and then some. I would 10/10 come and stay here again if I headed to Eugene.
We arrived on one of those unusual hot days in Eugene.About mid-day, the Host informed me that the home was ready for Our arrival and the A/C was on. It was wonderful to walk into a cool home and cold bottle water in the refrigerator after a full day of travel in the heat. The home was very inviting. Nicely furnished and decorated in a quite neighborhood. A lovely "Welcome letter" awaited us on the table, telling about the restaurants, shopping and the nearest Vet in the area.Along with the letter were surprises for Humans and dogs. The fuzzy ball was a hit with the dogs. Thank you.The 4 nights was short, but comfortable. The dogs settled downvery quicklyin thier new environment, which speaks volumes. If ever in the Eugene area in need of a place to stay, this VRBO will be at the top of places to stay. Great location for rose garden, Florence, shopping, Jerry's and of course Fred Meyer's and Dairy Queen!
