Communication with the host was great! He checked in on us daily to make sure there weren't any issues or questions for him to handle. The location is within walking distance of the riverfront walkway and several restaurants. The property is nicely decorated and well-appointed. The only reason for not giving it a five-stars rating is that the floor in one small area of the house is uneven; near the corner of a room between a bedroom and one of the bathrooms. While it could be a hazard for someone who is prone to falling, it is easy enough to avoid if such a person stays in different room and uses the other bathroom.
