PLEASE KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Maximum 6 overnight guests. No parties or events. No pets; service animals are welcome under applicable law and Vrbo policy.

Please review the Pier and Waterfront Risk Acknowledgment and Release attached under Rental Agreement before booking. Each adult guest is asked to sign a separate copy before arrival and return a photo or scan through Vrbo messages. This includes a release of claims arising from pier/waterfront use, including the ordinary negligence of AC 8888 Venture Holding LLC, to the extent permitted by Texas law. It excludes gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, and liability that cannot lawfully be released. No child's or other adult's claims are waived by another guest. For reservations made before disclosure, any signature request is voluntary.

Children must be closely supervised near water. No running, diving or jumping from the pier. Bring properly fitted life jackets and avoid waterfront activities during unsafe weather or while impaired.

This home is way better in person!!! Loved the place and if ever in Texas again will stay here! Right on the Trinity river and very peaceful. Host is very accommodating and responsive!

The Jacuzzi was broken and the lake was dried up no water off pier for years !!

Lake levels are beyond our control, and the water near the pier was low during your visit. We understand your disappointment and appreciate you sharing your experience.

The hosts were great! Communication was clear, responsive, and easy throughout our stay. The house was wonderful and very comfortably accommodated all seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, which made cooking meals easy.With the exception of the bunk bed mattress, all of the beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the house was great.My only real complaints were that the water near the property is fairly shallow, and the pier is a bit older and could use some cleaning or maintenance. That said, considering the price and the secluded waterfront location, it was absolutely worth it. The setting is peaceful, you're right on the water, and the drive to the house is beautiful.One thing to keep in mind is that you're about 30 minutes from the nearest major grocery store (HEB), so it's a good idea to stock up on groceries before arriving. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again because the location and value are hard to beat.
