Elegant, spacious, and quiet vacation apartment

This exclusive gated apartment complex (9 private apartments—3 of which are on the ground floor and available for rent, with direct access to the garden and pool) is located in a prime, dry location above the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, near Taoro Park.

The pool and secure parking spaces are situated on the spacious, gated property.

The ground-floor apartments, which are thermally and sound-insulated (living room with a fully equipped kitchen bar + bedroom + bathroom), measure 58 m² + loggia (10 m²) + terrace (20 m²). All three apartments have an identical layout and differ only in their furnishings.

Our apartments face southwest and feature two terraces, a large bedroom with a built-in closet, a fully equipped bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living room. The apartments are ideal for two people and, if necessary, one child.

All apartments are fully equipped: hardwood floors/marble, modern smart/satellite TV, washing machine, bed linens, towels, coffee maker, toaster, double or single beds, dishes, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, parking, and internet (fiber-optic Wi-Fi).
