Building amenities feature pool, BBQ Grille, large sun lounging deck, private storage closet, elevator, secure foyer entrance, two assigned covered parking spaces, outside shower & bike rack storage. Due to the location of this unit being a Corner residence, it has plenty of windows allowing for the natural light to shine through making this home bright & airy. Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen has stainless appliances and granite counter surfaces as well as a center island with extra seating. The location of the Master Bedroom is very private, and the master bathroom features shower insert with frameless shower doors, tile flooring, upgraded vanity and fixtures. You won't be disappointed with the size of the two guest bedrooms. Exterior private covered deck is, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Close to playground and bike rentals.
