For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (15 x 20 m, 35 m diameter, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:30 and 17:30-24:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, parking on the premises. Shop 70 m, supermarket 80 m, restaurant 60 m, café 80 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 3.3 km, ferry 2.7 km, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour 2.5 km, marina 2.5 km, surf school, sailing school 400 m, tennis 1 km.

Excellente location et emplacement

Tout l’équipement est disponible, l’appartement est fonctionnel, il y a un parking, la climatisation. Il ne manque de rien dans la location. Récupérer les clefs est très simple en se rendant à l’agence interhome même quand elle est fermé c’est très simple. L’appartement était situé à 200m de la plage, c’était excellent !

Satisfacción

Igual un poco caro 800€ semana. En la cocina cambiar por inducción. Por lo demás estupendo. En una habitación no hay aire acondicionado.

Zeer goed appartement, zeer grote terrassen met zowel een ruime eettafel als twee ligstoelen. Mooi complex. Enige minpuntje: er was geen föhn.
