Beautiful villa with beautiful views of the Montgo, located in a very quiet place near Denia. the garden with a variety of trees such as orange, lemon, hibiscus, nispero and others. The house is very comfortable has a covered terrace overlooking the sea, living room, kitchen with dishwasher micro-deep oven, refrigerator with conjelador, 2 domitorios, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, SAT-TV and barbecue. Parking inside the garden and garage, central heating, wifi
Capacity: 4 people.
Situation: aprx 800 mt from Denia and 1,5km from the beach
Tickets and departures: Every Saturday. From 4:00 p.m. and they must leave the house at 10.00 h.
Payment terms: 40% at the time of booking and the rest 40 days before the entrance.
Deposit: In the moment of receiving the keys you have to pay a deposit of Euro 500, -
