Holiday Home with mountain view, pets welcome

True to the motto “small but nice,” we’ve furnished our little holiday home to be comfortable and cosy. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults.
The one-room apartment features a living and sleeping area, a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV/radio, a phone, a terrace with a garden table and chairs, a garden/sunbathing area with a lounge chair, a view of the Grünten—the “Guardian of the Allgäu”—and a ping-pong table. Location: Good shopping options (3-minute walk to the supermarket); hiking and biking trails start right from the holiday home: a 4-minute walk to the Iller Dam, from which you can reach, for example, Lake Ortwang or Lake Sonthofen in 10 minutes; you can also hike or bike as far as Immenstadt or southward to Fischen or Oberstdorf. By car, it’s just a 1-minute drive to the motorway for trips to Oberjoch, Alpsee, Lake Constance, etc. Dogs are also welcome here; we charge €5.00 per night. Upon request, additional sleeping accommodation for 1–2 people can be provided on a pull-out sofa bed (€10 per additional person).
