Vacation home for 7 guests with 105m² in Zingst (149089)

Our thatched-roof house was completed at Christmas 2017. We’ve furnished it with care to make it cosy and comfortable.

This non-smoking holiday home has a living area of over 100 m². It offers plenty of space for up to 6 adults and one toddler. Underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove create a cosy atmosphere. The entire holiday home is equipped with insect screens, and the bedrooms also feature blackout curtains. You’ll find a modern smart TV in all bedrooms and in the living area. The spacious, light-filled living-dining area with the fireplace forms the heart of the house. The modern kitchen offers every conceivable convenience, such as an oven with grill, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, quiet dishwasher, toaster, etc.
The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. On cool days, the sauna invites you to relax. The utility room features a washing machine and dryer. On the approximately 400 m² property, you’ll find a spacious south/west-facing terrace with comfortable patio furniture, a beach chair, and a grill, as well as your own garden. Two parking spaces are located right next to the house entrance. The garden shed has plenty of outlets for charging your e-bike.

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Für uns war dies ideal, weil man nach dem Essen noch ein paar Meter gehen musste....
