Located just 300 metres from the beach on the lake side, this apartment on the 2nd floor of the Berolina building invites you to relax and unwind.

The 35-square-meter apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/bedroom with a 180 x 200-centimeter bed, an entryway, a bathroom with a tub, satellite TV, a safe, and a balcony. It is furnished for 2 people.

The 8 x 15 m indoor pool, which is available exclusively and free of charge to hotel guests, can be accessed directly via the lift. The lift also takes you to the three rooftop terraces, which offer stunning views of the sea and the countryside. The solarium in the indoor pool is also available for a fee.
As a low-cell-phone-signal zone, the apartment deliberately has neither Wi-Fi nor a smart TV.
Slowing down, the sea, and our indoor pool are designed to make your holiday a relaxing experience.


Parking, Bicycles, and Washing Machine:
This apartment comes with two outdoor parking spaces reserved for you.
Several bike storage rooms are available for bicycles.
In addition, the building has communal laundry rooms with a washing machine (€1.00 coins) and a dryer (€0.50 coins).

Location:
The Baltic Sea resort of Dahme, with its 6.5 km long fine-sand beach, is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn.

Dahme is located in Germany’s sunniest region, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine.

The 1.5-km-long promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlours, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, rounds off a perfect day of holiday.

If you walk along the beach, you’ll reach the unspoiled dune landscape with swimming areas to the north and the cliffs with bird sanctuaries to the south.
The surrounding area, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

For children and the young at heart, there are plenty of options besides the long beach that slopes gently into the water—such as playgrounds, a skate park, children’s activities, a kids’ harbour, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, a bounce house, and much more—to enjoy a wonderful time.

Of course, you can also simply lie on the beach, go swimming, and relax.
